Description

Moves satellite composites out of the frontend and onto the API, and fixes header titles overflowing on small screens.

What this includes:

• Composites from the API. Visible, Infrared and Water Vapour composites are now blended on the server and served as one tif. Before, the frontend stacked and blended several band layers itself. Each frame is now one fetch and one layer. DE is added to the satellite UI.
• Stacked frames. Satellite frames load as one stack from /satellite/stack, so scrubbing and playback don't need a request for every timestep.
• Header titles are truncated on small screens instead of overflowing.
• 3 small improvements – niche bugfix for map loading; add missing html lang property for correctness; increase chart lines to 2px thickness (same as old/existing UI) to increase contrast between OCF forecast and generation lines in particular.
